- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the Masters of Science in Clinical Research (MSCR) program to ensure its success and continued growth.
- Work closely with faculty, staff, and students to create a dynamic and enriching learning experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry professionals and academic partners.
- Collaborate with faculty to design and implement curriculum that meets the program's goals and objectives.
- Monitor and track student progress and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Oversee the admissions process, including reviewing applications and conducting interviews.
- Plan and execute program events, such as guest lectures, workshops, and networking opportunities.
- Manage program budget and resources, including allocating funds and coordinating purchases.
- Maintain program records and generate reports as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in clinical research education to continuously improve the program.
- Communicate program updates and important information to faculty, staff, and students in a timely and effective manner.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and concerns related to the MSCR program.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to ensure program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the program and work towards resolution.
- Act as a representative of Harvard University and uphold its mission and values at all times.
Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Clinical Research, Public Health, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Coordination Or Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Clinical Research Regulations And Compliance, Including Irb Processes And Fda Guidelines.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Demonstrated Through Previous Experience Working Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders Such As Faculty, Students, And External Partners.
