- Develop and implement a high-quality, hands-on science curriculum for high school students that aligns with the mission and goals of MEDscienceLAB.
- Teach engaging and interactive lessons that promote critical thinking and scientific inquiry among students.
- Coordinate all aspects of the MEDscienceLAB program, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to continuously improve and enhance the program curriculum and delivery.
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to help students reach their full potential.
- Act as a mentor and role model for students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in the field of medicine and education.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to enhance the program's resources and opportunities for students.
- Assist with marketing and recruitment efforts to attract a diverse and talented group of students to the program.
- Serve as a liaison between students, parents, and the program to address any concerns or issues that arise.

Advanced Degree In Science Or Education: A Successful Candidate For The Medsciencelab Teacher & Program Coordinator Position Should Have An Advanced Degree In A Scientific Or Educational Field, Such As A Phd In A Relevant Science Discipline Or A Master's Degree In Science Education.
Teaching Experience: This Position Requires Extensive Teaching Experience, Including Experience Teaching Science To High School Or College Students. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Delivering Engaging And Innovative Science Curriculum.
Program Coordination Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Coordinating Educational Programs, Preferably In A University Setting. This Includes Experience Managing Budgets, Organizing Events, And Collaborating With Faculty And Staff.
