
Marketing and Brand Manager

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote and elevate the Harvard University brand.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns to increase awareness and visibility of the university.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and their preferences.
- Manage the budget for marketing initiatives and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the university's marketing strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Communicate and present marketing plans and results to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and standards in all marketing materials.
- Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for the university, representing its values and mission in all marketing efforts.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance the university's brand reputation.
- Oversee the development of creative and engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Continuously monitor and analyze competitor activities and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Brand Management And Marketing Strategy Development.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Brand In A Competitive Market.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing And Social Media Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
