Financial Associate

The accountant is responsible to ensure accounting transactions and closings are performed timely and accurately by collaborating closely with other Campus Services’ departments. Process journal entries related to monthly, quarterly, and annual closings of Campus Services’ financial records. Perform month-end closing operations in Campus Services’ financial sub ledger systems including, but not limited to: Ungerboeck and Agilisys. Ensure that source systems and the University general ledger are reconciled timely. Complete balance sheet account reconciliations timely. Review and monitor the accounts receivable aging report. Act as a key member in User Acceptance Testing and system implementation for financial and membership systems. Process weekly membership card mailings.
