- Conduct Research: Conduct research in the field of electromagnetics and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the discipline.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement innovative solutions for current and future projects.
- Design and Develop: Design and develop new electromagnetic systems, components, and devices using advanced engineering principles.
- Carry out Experiments: Plan and carry out experiments to validate theoretical models and test new prototypes.
- Analyze Data: Analyze data from experiments and simulations to draw conclusions and make recommendations for further research and development.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot issues with electromagnetics systems and equipment and develop solutions to improve performance.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electromagnetics research and technology to bring new ideas and approaches to the team.
- Write Reports: Document research findings and write reports to present to team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in Meetings: Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, share ideas and collaborate on solving challenges.
- Mentor Junior Team Members: Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Comply with Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures in all research activities.
- Maintain Equipment: Maintain and calibrate equipment and tools used in research activities to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Communicate with External Stakeholders: Communicate with external stakeholders such as sponsors, collaborators, and industry partners to exchange information and seek potential collaborations.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Physics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In An Electromagnetics Or Rf Engineering Role.
Strong Understanding Of Electromagnetic Theory And Its Applications In Antennas, Microwave Circuits, And Electromagnetic Compatibility.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Simulation Tools Such As Ansys Hfss Or Cst Microwave Studio.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently As Well As In A Team Environment.
