  1. Support the curatorial team in their research, collection management, and exhibition planning.
  2. Assist with organizing, cataloging, and documenting various collections, including ancient artifacts and contemporary pieces.
  3. Conduct research on pieces in the collection and provide thorough and accurate information for exhibitions and publications.
  4. Help with the maintenance and preservation of collections, including handling and storing artifacts and ensuring proper environmental conditions.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as conservation, education, and fundraising, to support the overall mission and goals of the institution.
  6. Assist in the planning and execution of events, lectures, and educational programs related to the collections.
  7. Attend meetings and take notes, as well as provide input and suggestions for exhibitions and projects.
  8. Respond to inquiries and requests from visitors, researchers, and other institutions.
  9. Contribute to the development of interpretive materials for exhibitions, including labels, signage, and digital content.
  10. Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field of art, history, and culture to inform curatorial decisions.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of collections and research materials.
  12. Adhere to all ethical and professional standards in the handling and care of collections.
  13. Assist with administrative tasks, such as budget management, scheduling, and correspondence.
  14. Act as a representative of the institution and uphold its values and reputation in all interactions.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the field.

Job Qualifications
