- Coordinate and manage various projects and initiatives within the Health Systems Innovation Lab, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate updates and progress to project leaders and team members on a regular basis.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project objectives and inform decision-making.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other events related to projects.

- Act as a liaison between the Health Systems Innovation Lab and external partners, stakeholders, and vendors.

- Train and mentor junior team members on project coordination processes and best practices.
- Assist in budget planning and monitoring for projects, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently.
- Contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the Health Systems Innovation Lab, promoting a culture of innovation and positive change.
- Represent the Health Systems Innovation Lab at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities.
- Uphold the values and standards of Harvard University in all aspects of the role.
A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Business Administration.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination Or Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Academic Setting.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Project Management Tools And Software, Such As Microsoft Project Or Asana, And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.
