  1. Manage and maintain the university's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date data for all employees.
  2. Monitor HRIS functionality and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
  3. Collaborate with HR team to identify and implement process improvements using HRIS technology.
  4. Train and provide ongoing support to HR staff on the use of the HRIS.
  5. Ensure data integrity and compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  6. Proactively identify and recommend ways to streamline and automate HR processes using the HRIS.
  7. Generate reports and analyze data from the HRIS to provide insights and support decision-making.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HRIS-related inquiries.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in HR technology to make recommendations for system updates and improvements.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Collaborate with IT department to ensure HRIS security and data protection.
  12. Assist in the implementation and integration of new modules or applications within the HRIS.
  13. Communicate with external vendors to resolve any HRIS-related issues.
  14. Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems.
  15. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to HRIS and HR operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Hris Administration, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Proficiency In Various Hris Software, Such As Workday, Peoplesoft, And Adp.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Hris Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Provide Training And Support To Hris Users.
