  1. Develop and execute creative and compelling multimedia content strategies that align with Harvard Athletics' brand and mission.
  2. Collaborate with various teams and departments to identify and create multimedia content that highlights the achievements and talents of student-athletes.
  3. Manage and oversee all aspects of content creation, including brainstorming, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.
  4. Use a variety of multimedia tools and platforms to produce high-quality content, including videos, photos, graphics, and social media posts.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate Harvard Athletics' multimedia presence.
  6. Coordinate and manage production schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content.
  7. Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistency and alignment with overall brand messaging.
  8. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to produce high-quality and engaging content.
  9. Manage and maintain a library of multimedia assets for future use.
  10. Monitor and analyze the performance of multimedia content and provide recommendations for improvement.
  11. Train and mentor interns or other team members on multimedia content creation techniques and best practices.
  12. Represent Harvard Athletics at various events and engage with fans and stakeholders to promote and enhance the brand.
  13. Adhere to all copyright and licensing laws and guidelines when using third-party content.
  14. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to showcase student-athletes and their achievements through multimedia content.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with all members of the Harvard Athletics team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Multimedia Content Creation, Preferably In A Collegiate Athletics Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Experience Developing Engaging Content For Various Channels.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With Coaches, Student-Athletes, And Other Stakeholders To Develop And Execute Creative Ideas.

  • Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Multimedia Software, As Well As Knowledge Of Video Production And Editing Techniques.
