Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Watchmaker to join the Harry Winston team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for watchmaking, a sharp eye for detail, and an understanding of the luxury watch industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and assembly of our high-end timepieces.To be successful in this position, you must have excellent hand-eye coordination and technical knowledge in precision mechanics, watch movements, and watch components. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate an outstanding level of customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Examine and repair high-end timepieces, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  2. Test watch movement, components, and other parts to identify and diagnose issues.
  3. Assemble and disassemble timepieces as needed.
  4. Follow established processes and procedures for watch repair.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  6. Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
  7. Keep up to date on the latest watchmaking trends and technologies.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Use specialized tools and equipment to repair and assemble watches.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documents related to watch repairs.
