
Visual Merchandiser
We are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Harry Winston! Our ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion and visual presentation, and be able to bring a creative eye to all of our luxury displays. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to stay organized and motivated in order to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience for our high-end customers.The successful candidate will have excellent visual merchandising skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively when designing store displays. They should have a keen eye for detail, be able to work independently, and have a natural flair for fashion and design. Furthermore, they should have a solid understanding of the luxury retail industry and the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually appealing displays that attract customers and enhance the brand identity of Harry Winston.
- Develop innovative visual merchandising concepts that are on-brand and in line with current fashion trends.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure all displays are aligned with the brand’s objectives and strategies.
- Liaise with store and corporate teams to ensure all displays are up to date and reflect current in-store promotions.
- Monitor and evaluate store displays to ensure they are consistent and attractive.
- Train and provide guidance to store staff on visual merchandising strategies.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible materials and props for displays.
- Monitor store inventory and ensure stock is accurately displayed.
- Monitor competitor displays and stay up to date on industry trends.
- Work within budget guidelines.
