Our Sales Associates provide excellent customer service and create memorable experiences for our clients. You’ll need to be passionate about luxury retail, have an eye for detail, and be eager to go the extra mile for our customers.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the luxury retail industry, proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms, and a strong knowledge of Harry Winston products. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
2. Create memorable experiences for clients.
3. Assist customers in selecting items from the Harry Winston product line.
4. Advise customers on product features and suggest additional items.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
6. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Harry Winston product line.
7. Process sales transactions and other payments.
8. Monitor store inventory and order new stock as needed.
9. Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
10. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
11. Utilize Microsoft Office and social media platforms to reach potential customers.
12. Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team to meet sales goals.
