The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, along with three years of experience in a retail buying capacity. They should also have a working knowledge of local, regional, and national market trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. The Retail Buyer must have a proven track record of client satisfaction and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and development. 9. Provide superior customer service and build relationships with clients.
10. Make recommendations for new products and services.
11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
12. Manage store budgets and expenses.
13. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
14. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and legal regulations.
