Quality Assurance Inspector

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for excellence.To be successful in this role, the Quality Assurance Inspector must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the jewelry industry. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of quality assurance standards, as well as experience in inspecting and testing jewelry pieces. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product specifications is also required. Responsibilities:

1. Inspect and test jewelry pieces to ensure they meet Harry Winston's high quality standards.
2. Monitor and ensure adherence to established quality assurance standards.
3. Conduct daily checks of components and process controls.
4. Identify and document defects and non-conformances.
5. Ensure products meet organization and customer expectations.
6. Investigate customer complaints and take corrective action.
7. Prepare quality assurance reports and document processes.
8. Work collaboratively with other team members to improve process efficiencies.
9. Maintain records of inspection and test activities.
10. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
