Jewelry Designer

Harry Winston is seeking an inspired, creative Jewelry Designer to join our team and help craft unique and stunning pieces of jewelry. Our ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, a passion for design, and an appreciation for the beauty of precious gems. The successful individual will have a distinctive, imaginative approach to jewelry design and should be able to bring their ideas to life through sketches and computer-aided design (CAD).To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a degree in Fine Arts, Jewelry Design, or a related field. A minimum of two years of experience designing jewelry is preferred. Expertise in CAD software is essential, as is the ability to develop physical models of jewelry. Knowledge of gemstones and gemological procedures is also necessary. Most importantly, this individual should have a deep appreciation for the artistry of jewelry design.

Responsibilities:

-Developing striking, innovative designs for jewelry pieces -Creating sketches and CAD designs to bring ideas to life -Utilizing CAD software to produce physical models of jewelry -Conducting research on gemstones and gemological procedures -Keeping up to date with the latest trends in jewelry design -Collaborating with other designers, gemologists, and craftspeople to create unique pieces -Meeting deadlines and adhering to design briefs -Maintaining high standards of quality for jewelry design
