Inventory Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity to use your analytical skills to help maintain the highest standards of inventory management and customer service.To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. You should also have two or more years of experience in inventory management or related roles, and a working knowledge of inventory control systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. If you have knowledge of luxury jewelry and/or retail, that’s a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in inventory management.
3. Create reports and presentations to present findings and recommendations.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
5. Work with customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any inventory-related issues.
6. Create and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels and provide accurate information.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Research and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned.
