HR Generalist

Responsiblities:

1. Implement and maintain HR processes and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Manage and administer employee benefits programs and payroll processes.
3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers and other stakeholders.
4. Identify training needs and coordinate training initiatives for employees.
5. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant interviews, background checks and onboarding of new hires.
6. Administer employee performance management and disciplinary processes.
7. Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
9. Act as a resource and provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR related issues.
10. Maintain up to date knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
