Harry Winston is looking for a Boutique Assistant to join our team and help customers find the perfect high-end jewelry and watches.The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an eye for detail. You must have an interest in fashion, jewelry, and current trends while also being able to provide helpful and friendly customer service. An appreciation for high-end luxury products is also essential.You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers find the perfect jewelry and watches, and developing relationships with clients. Additionally, you will need to be familiar with various computer software programs, be able to work independently, and be a team player.If you are passionate about luxury products and customer service, then this may be the perfect job for you!

Responsibilities:

-Provide excellent customer service to customers -Help customers find the perfect high-end jewelry and watches -Develop relationships with clients -Have excellent written and verbal communication skills -Have an eye for detail and be familiar with current trends in fashion, jewelry, and luxury products -Be able to work independently and as part of a team -Be familiar with various computer software programs -Assist in sales transactions, including product returns, exchanges, and special orders -Maintain the boutique’s cleanliness and display merchandise appropriately -Assist in inventory and restocking as needed
