Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Boutique Assistant to join the team at Harry Winston in our flagship store in New York City. As a Boutique Assistant, you will work closely with our customers, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences. You will also be responsible for assisting with daily operations, inventory management, and merchandising.To be successful as a Boutique Assistant, you should have excellent communication skills, be passionate about providing superior customer service, and be able to work in a fast-paced, highly-challenging environment. You should also have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury goods or a related field. Knowledge of jewelry, watches, and other luxury accessories would be a bonus.If you think you have the skills and experience to thrive in this role, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities: -Provide excellent customer service and create memorable experiences for customers -Assist in daily operations and inventory management -Handle merchandising, restocking and product displays -Maintain a working knowledge of Harry Winston products -Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information -Keep track of stock levels and order more as needed -Ensure that the store is organized and tidy -Process payments and other transactions -Assist with event planning and promotional activities -Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
