Boutique Assistant

4. Assist in visual merchandising and implementing the Harry Winston brand.
5. Provide effective product knowledge and advice to customers.
6. Monitor customer traffic and provide support when needed.
7. Assist in the development of promotional activities and campaigns.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer transactions.
9. Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.
10. Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
