Responsibilities: -Provide exceptional customer service, including product information, sales transactions, and assistance with selecting items -Maintain store visual displays, stock merchandise, and keep the store clean and organized -Greet customers and answer any inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner -Promote Harry Winston's products and services -Responsible for handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment -Process customer returns and exchange requests -Assist in managing inventory and placing orders -Maintain accurate records of store sales and customer information
