Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and assist with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current fashion trends and luxury brands.
3. Provide knowledgeable and helpful advice to customers on product selection and purchase decisions.
4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure displays are kept neat and organized.
5. Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed.
6. Process sales transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
8. Assist in training new staff members.
9. Perform daily opening and closing duties as assigned.
10. Monitor security and safety in the store.
