Production Operator

Responsibilities:

• Manage the production process of Hanesbrands products, ensuring that quality standards are met and adhered to

• Work independently with minimal supervision to operate production machinery and complete tasks

• Exercise strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues

• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure production goals are met • Maintain effective communication with management and other departments • Monitor and adjust production equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance • Track production data and ensure accuracy of reports • Ensure production deadlines are met and production processes remain efficient • Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on production machinery
