Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization.
2. Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and interviewing candidates.
3. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
4. Maintain personnel records and files in compliance with applicable legal requirements and company policies.
5. Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures.
6. Assist with employee relations issues, such as discipline and grievances.
7. Administer payroll and benefits programs.
8. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of employee leave and absences.
9. Coordinate employee recognition programs and events.
10. Foster an environment of collaboration, respect, and trust.
