Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Or Human Resources.
Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Related To Workforce Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Individuals.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using Hr Information Systems And Other Workforce Planning Tools.
