  1. Lead and drive the customer journey efforts for H&R Block's tax preparation services.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
  3. Conduct extensive research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs.
  5. Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  6. Monitor industry trends and competition to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  7. Work closely with the marketing team to create messaging and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products and services to customers.
  8. Use data and analytics to track and measure the success of product initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Ensure product features and functionalities are user-friendly and meet customer expectations.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on customer journeys and provide guidance to other teams within the organization.
  11. Train and mentor junior product managers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into product development processes.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric thinking within the product team.
  14. Effectively communicate product updates and changes to internal stakeholders and customers.
  15. Represent H&R Block at industry events and conferences to showcase our products and services.

Job Qualifications
