Job Description

At H&R Block, we are looking for an Operations Specialist with a passion for growth, problem-solving, and client service. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and help us continue to deliver the highest level of service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support, managing daily tasks, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the financial services industry and experience in an operations role.The Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring the smooth running of all processes. You will be expected to provide effective support to colleagues, manage customer inquiries, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. You will need to be a highly organized and self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
