
Operations Administrative Assistant

- Provide administrative support to the operations department, including but not limited to data entry, scheduling, and document management.
- Maintain and update records and databases accurately and timely.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the operations team.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and setting up new hire orientations.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and redirecting as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.
- Conduct research and gather information for projects and reports as assigned.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Proactively identify and suggest ways to improve operations processes and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude, promoting a culture of teamwork and customer service excellence.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the operations manager.
