Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.   1. Provide administrative support to the operations department, including but not limited to data entry, scheduling, and document management.
  2. Maintain and update records and databases accurately and timely.
  3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the operations team.
  4. Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports as needed.
  5. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and setting up new hire orientations.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and redirecting as necessary.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks.
  8. Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.
  9. Conduct research and gather information for projects and reports as assigned.
  10. Take and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  11. Proactively identify and suggest ways to improve operations processes and procedures.
  12. Maintain a professional and positive attitude, promoting a culture of teamwork and customer service excellence.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the operations manager.
