- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents to ensure easy accessibility and retrieval.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other important materials as needed.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
- Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external parties.
- Monitor and track departmental goals and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
