  1. Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications equipment and systems across multiple locations.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to communication systems, including hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
  3. Conduct regular maintenance and updates on telecommunications equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  4. Collaborate with other teams, such as IT and facilities, to coordinate installation and maintenance projects.
  5. Act as a point of contact for escalations and provide timely and effective resolution to customer issues.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation on procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  7. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of communication systems.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in telecommunications technology and make suggestions for implementation to increase efficiency and productivity.
  9. Train end-users on communication systems and provide ongoing support and assistance.
  10. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction through prompt and effective communication and issue resolution.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Field Telecom Technician At H&R Block Should Possess Strong Technical Knowledge And Skills Related To Telecommunications, Including Installation, Troubleshooting, And Maintenance Of Various Equipment And Systems.

  • Experience In The Telecom Industry: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience Working In The Telecommunications Industry, Preferably In A Field Technician Role. This Experience Will Provide A Foundation For Understanding The Specific Needs And Challenges Of The Job At H&R Block.
