- Install, maintain and troubleshoot telecommunication systems for H&R Block offices.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure optimal performance of telecommunication equipment.
- Respond promptly to service requests and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve telecommunication systems.
- Keep up-to-date on industry advancements and make recommendations for upgrades or changes to existing systems.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of telecommunication systems, including diagrams, configurations, and maintenance logs.
- Communicate effectively with office managers and other team members to schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with external vendors to resolve complex technical issues and implement new systems.
- Provide training and support to office staff on the proper use of telecommunication systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on telecommunication systems.

Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Installing, Maintaining, And Troubleshooting Telecommunications Systems.
Knowledge Of Various Telecom Equipment And Technologies, Including Pbx Systems, Routers, Switches, And Cabling.
Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Technical Manuals And Schematics.
Strong Understanding Of Network Protocols And Troubleshooting Methods.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills.
