As a Telecom Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our communication systems are running smoothly and efficiently.   1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with communication systems for internal and external customers.
  2. Maintain and upgrade communication systems as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Install, configure, and test new communication equipment and software.
  4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of communication systems.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve technical issues and inquiries.
  6. Document and track all technical issues and resolutions in a timely manner.
  7. Conduct regular maintenance and testing of communication systems to proactively identify and resolve any potential issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the telecommunications industry.
  9. Train and educate users on proper usage of communication systems.
  10. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on technical issues and resolutions.
  13. Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  14. Proactively identify areas for improvement in communication systems and make recommendations for enhancements.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and security of all communication systems and data.

  • Knowledge Of Telecommunications Systems: A Field Telecom Technician At H&R Block Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Various Telecommunications Systems, Including Voip, Pbx, And Wireless Networks. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues With These Systems Efficiently.
