Experience In Building Maintenance: A Facilities Maintenance Technician At H&R Block Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In General Building Maintenance, Including Electrical, Plumbing, And Hvac Systems.
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols: As A Maintenance Technician, It Is Important To Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Regulations To Ensure The Safety Of Employees And Clients At All Times.
