- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on all facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Perform regular inspections of the building and identify any potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Create and maintain a schedule for regular maintenance tasks, such as changing air filters, light bulbs, and cleaning carpets.
- Respond promptly to any urgent facility issues and troubleshoot problems to find effective solutions.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Facilities Maintenance.
Knowledge Of Basic Plumbing, Electrical, And Hvac Systems.
Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Equipment And Facilities.
