
Facilities Maintenance Technician

- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on the facility, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of all areas within the facility.
- Respond promptly to any facility-related emergencies and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify areas for improvement or repair.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate parties.
- Assist with the coordination and supervision of outside contractors for larger maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment for maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices for facility maintenance.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company to clients and visitors.
- Attend regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Facilities Maintenance Or Related Field
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Knowledge Of Building Systems And Equipment, Including Hvac, Plumbing, And Electrical
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills
Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects, As Well As Work In Varying Weather Conditions.
