
Facilities Maintenance Technician

- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed, including dates, costs, and materials used.
- Coordinate and oversee any major repairs or renovations with outside contractors.
- Respond promptly to any urgent maintenance requests and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all facilities are clean, organized, and visually appealing for employees and clients.
- Regularly communicate with management and team members to address any facilities-related issues or concerns.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline facility maintenance processes.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Building Maintenance Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of General Maintenance Tasks Such As Plumbing, Electrical, And Hvac.
Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Equipment And Building Systems.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills To Prioritize And Complete Tasks Efficiently.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Interact With Employees And Vendors.
