• Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to keep all facilities in excellent condition.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Respond promptly to work orders and requests from management and staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and storage area for maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for more complex repair and maintenance projects.
• Monitor and order necessary supplies to ensure the availability of cleaning and maintenance materials.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and secure environment for all employees and clients.
• Assist with setting up and rearranging furniture and equipment for special events or office relocations.
• Train and supervise junior maintenance staff, as needed.
