
Facilities Maintenance Technician

- Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to keep all facilities in excellent condition.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Respond promptly to work orders and requests from management and staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and storage area for maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for more complex repair and maintenance projects.
- Monitor and order necessary supplies to ensure the availability of cleaning and maintenance materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and secure environment for all employees and clients.
- Assist with setting up and rearranging furniture and equipment for special events or office relocations.
- Train and supervise junior maintenance staff, as needed.
- Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline maintenance processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members and clients.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Facilities Maintenance Or Related Field
Knowledge Of Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And General Building Maintenance
Ability To Troubleshoot And Problem-Solve Maintenance Issues
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks Efficiently.
