- Responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and other equipment.
- Inspect and troubleshoot facilities equipment to identify and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the office building to ensure a safe and functional environment for employees and clients.
- Maintain all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
- Collaborate with outside contractors and vendors to schedule and oversee necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Respond promptly to any urgent maintenance requests and make necessary repairs or escalate to appropriate personnel.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Communicate effectively with management and other team members regarding any maintenance concerns or issues.
- Proactively identify and report any potential safety hazards or building maintenance needs.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients by addressing any facility-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technology advancements in facilities maintenance.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Facilities Maintenance Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Plumbing, Electrical, And Hvac Systems.
Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints And Technical Manuals.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills.
