  1. Oversee and manage a group of retail tax offices within a designated district, ensuring they are operating efficiently and effectively.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue for the district.
  3. Train, mentor, and coach office managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with other district general managers and corporate leadership to share best practices and implement company-wide initiatives.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state tax laws and regulations.
  7. Manage budgets and expenses for the district, making strategic decisions to optimize resources and maximize profitability.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and guidance to office managers and staff.
  9. Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, changes in tax laws, and competitor strategies to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Represent the company at community events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and build relationships.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and supported in their professional growth.
  13. Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, and onboard new employees for the district.
  14. Maintain accurate records and reports, and communicate progress, challenges, and successes to corporate leadership.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Financial Services Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Locations And Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Tax Laws, Regulations, And Procedures, With Previous Experience In Tax Preparation Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Employees.
