- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets for multiple retail tax offices within the district.
- Lead and motivate a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, financial data, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the regional and corporate leadership teams to develop and execute district-level initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain a high level of service and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, community partners, and other business leaders, to promote the company's brand and services.
- Represent the company at local events and engage in networking activities to increase visibility and drive business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the district.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In The Tax Preparation Or Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Driving Results, Such As Meeting Revenue And Profitability Targets.
Strong Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Tax Preparation Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients, Colleagues, And Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field; Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.
