We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Client Service Coordinator who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding client service and developing relationships with existing and potential clients. This individual should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service/sales experience, a proven track record of success in customer service, and a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of H&R Block clients. Furthermore, they should possess a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have the skills and experience necessary to excel in this role, we’d love to hear from you!
