Job Description

At H&R Block, we are looking for an experienced, customer-service oriented individual to join our team as a Client Service Coordinator. This position plays a critical role in our overall customer experience and is responsible for ensuring our clients receive the highest quality service.The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years' experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing great customer service and is committed to going the extra mile for our clients. The successful candidate must be a strong problem-solver and able to anticipate our clients' needs.
