  1. Lead and manage a team of tax professionals to ensure excellent service delivery to clients.
  2. Facilitate training and development of team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  3. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to achieve team and company goals.
  4. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with necessary support.
  5. Stay updated with tax laws and regulations to ensure accuracy in tax preparation.
  6. Mentor and coach team members to improve their performance and maintain high levels of motivation.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  8. Handle complex tax issues and provide guidance and support to team members.
  9. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure quality work.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment to promote team cohesion and productivity.
  11. Resolve conflicts and address any issues or concerns within the team.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Participate in company meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
