Job Description

At H&R Block, we are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting our team in achieving our mission. The ideal candidate for this role will be organized, detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who is comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment. Our Administrative Assistant will be a key part of the team and help ensure the smooth running of the office.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. The required qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of administrative experience. A degree in business administration or a related field is also preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and customer service software is essential. Above all, the Administrative Assistant should demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing a high level of support to our team.
