  1. Lead and manage a team of visual merchandisers to ensure the store maintains a visually appealing and on-brand appearance at all times.
  2. Develop and execute creative and innovative visual merchandising strategies to showcase new and existing products in an enticing and visually appealing way.
  3. Collaborate with the store manager and other department heads to ensure all visual merchandising efforts align with the overall brand image and company goals.
  4. Train and coach team members on effective visual merchandising techniques, product placement, and brand standards to ensure consistency across all store locations.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve the visual presentation and overall shopping experience for customers.
  6. Oversee the planning and execution of in-store events and product launches, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product placement and visual displays that drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  8. Manage the store's visual merchandising budget, including sourcing materials and negotiating vendor contracts to achieve the best value for the company.
  9. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of visual merchandising materials and displays.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Management: A Visual Store Manager At H&M Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Fashion Or Apparel Brand.

  • Strong Visual Merchandising Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Design And A Proven Track Record Of Creating Visually Appealing Displays That Drive Sales And Enhance The Customer Experience.
