  • Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies to showcase our products and drive sales
  • Train and lead a team of visual merchandisers to execute visual displays according to company standards and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the store manager to ensure that the store layout and displays reflect the brand's image and current fashion trends
  • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for product placement and stock replenishment to maximize sales potential
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including window displays, mannequins, and in-store displays
  • Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify any visual merchandising needs and address them in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor's visual displays to ensure our store remains competitive and visually appealing
  • Communicate effectively with store team members and provide coaching and feedback to improve visual merchandising standards
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that promotional and seasonal campaigns are accurately reflected in-store
  • Uphold a high level of customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers, consistently representing the H&M brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Visual Merchandising: A Successful Visual Store Manager At H&M Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Creating Visually Appealing And On-Brand Displays That Attract Customers And Drive Sales. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends, Understanding Of H&M's Brand Aesthetic, And Experience In Creating Cohesive And Eye-Catching Product Presentations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Visual Store Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Visual Merchandisers.
