Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Visual Store Manager to join our team and lead the visual merchandising efforts of our store. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for creating an inviting and visually appealing shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for fashion, an eye for design, and a strong understanding of retail operations.   1. Develop and implement creative and visually appealing visual merchandising strategies for the store, in line with the H&M brand vision and guidelines.
  2. Lead and manage a team of visual merchandisers to execute the visual concepts and maintain the overall aesthetic of the store.
  3. Ensure that all visual displays, window displays, and in-store promotions are executed to the highest standard to attract and engage customers.
  4. Collaborate with the Store Manager and buying team to plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays that align with the store's sales goals.
  5. Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions about product placement and visual displays, in order to maximize sales and profitability.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, fashion trends, and competitor activities to ensure the store's visual displays remain relevant and competitive.
  7. Maintain the visual presentation of the store, including cleanliness, organization, and product availability.
  8. Train and develop the visual merchandising team on visual merchandising techniques, product knowledge, and brand standards.
  9. Partner with the Store Manager to plan and execute new product launches and store events, ensuring that the visual displays and overall store aesthetic align with the brand's message.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for H&M, representing the brand and its values in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and addressing any questions or concerns related to the store's visual displays.
  13. Manage and maintain the visual merchandising budget, including ordering and tracking supplies, and ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  14. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of visual merchandising materials, props, and fixtures, and coordinate with the Store Manager to order replacements as needed.
  15. Identify and troubleshoot any visual merchandising issues, and provide timely and effective solutions to maintain the store's aesthetic and drive sales
