- Develop and implement creative and visually appealing displays that showcase our products and attract customer attention.
- Collaborate with the store management team to understand the brand's vision and objectives, and translate them into merchandising strategies.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and incorporate them into displays to keep the store fresh and relevant.
- Utilize design principles to ensure proper placement, spacing, and balance of products in displays.
- Maintain a neat and organized visual presentation of the store at all times.
- Work closely with the store team to ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed according to company standards.
- Regularly assess and make necessary adjustments to displays to ensure maximum impact and sales.
- Assist in the setup and execution of promotional events and sales, ensuring all displays are aligned with the theme and brand image.
- Train and coach store employees on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns as needed.
- Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to provide feedback on product assortments and make suggestions for improvements.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols while setting up and maintaining displays.
- Continuously strive to improve the visual appearance of the store and provide feedback to the management team on ways to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
- Represent the brand and maintain a professional image at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And The Ability To Translate Them Into Visually Appealing Displays.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Knowledge Of Visual Merchandising Techniques And Principles.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
