- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with H&M's brand image and sustainability goals.
- Create visually enticing displays and store layouts that effectively showcase H&M's collections and products.
- Work closely with the buying and design teams to understand the concept and story behind each collection and translate it into appealing visual displays.
- Ensure all visual displays are executed according to H&M's guidelines and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve and innovate visual merchandising techniques.
- Collaborate with store managers and sales associates to ensure visual displays are maintained and updated regularly.
- Manage and maintain visual merchandising inventory and supplies.
- Train and coach store teams on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
- Conduct store visits and provide feedback to store teams on visual merchandising execution.
- Contribute to the development of seasonal and promotional campaigns through visual merchandising ideas and concepts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of H&M's sustainability initiatives and incorporate them into all visual displays.
- Ensure visual displays are compliant with safety and security regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized visual merchandising workspace.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings to share ideas and discuss new strategies.
- Represent H&M's brand and values in a professional manner at all times.
Extensive Knowledge Of Fashion Trends And The Ability To Translate Them Into Visually Appealing Displays.
Strong Understanding Of Color Theory, Composition, And Spatial Relationships In Order To Create Eye-Catching Displays.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Store Management And Staff, As Well As Interact With Customers.
Proficiency In Visual Merchandising Software And Tools, Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Planogram Software.
Previous Experience In Creating And Executing Visual Merchandising Strategies, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
