- Develop and execute visually appealing and on-brand floor sets and displays in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the store manager and buying team to understand the brand vision and merchandise assortment for each season.
- Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards to ensure consistency across all store locations.
- Continuously monitor and maintain the visual presentation standards of the store, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure visual projects are completed within given timeframes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor visuals to ensure H&M remains at the forefront of the fashion industry.
- Plan and execute seasonal window displays and in-store events to attract and engage customers.
- Ensure all visual elements are properly maintained and in good condition, including mannequins, fixtures, and props.
- Work closely with the store team to ensure product placement and organization is visually appealing and maximizes sales potential.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual displays are aligned with current promotions and campaigns.
- Create and maintain visual guidelines and standards for the store, ensuring consistency across all locations.
- Lead and motivate a team of visual merchandisers to deliver exceptional visual standards and customer experience.
- Participate in store walkthroughs and communicate any visual needs or concerns to the store manager.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Attend company meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products, visual techniques, and company initiatives.
Experience In Visual Merchandising: A Successful Visual Manager At H&M Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment.
Strong Artistic And Design Skills: The Role Of A Visual Manager Requires A Keen Eye For Design And The Ability To Create Visually Appealing Displays That Align With H&M's Brand Image. Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Color, Composition, And Visual Communication.
